Photographic Sketches || Matt Biggin

This is my sketchbook, the place where I just record daily life. I treat photography as a form of meditation, it’s the place where I practice mindfulness. My life is played out at 100 miles an hour, my free time is nearly zero and my job consumes me. I need a place to escape. Making images provides that.
